What is Relevance AI?
Relevance AI is a platform for building, running and managing AI agents and multi-agent workforces. The vendor describes a drag-and-drop visual canvas, a Build with AI option that drafts an agent from a plain-language description, and MCP access from tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor.
Who it's for
The vendor's product page names operations, revenue and customer-facing teams who own agent outcomes, and engineers who prefer to manage agents through code. Its listed use cases are sales, customer success, marketing, support, operations, HR and research.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- The vendor's docs say all paid plans include 2,000+ app integrations, 1,000+ app triggers and bring-your-own LLM. Its product page says 1,000+ apps, so the vendor's own counts differ by page
- Unlimited agents, tools and workforces are listed on Pro, Team and Enterprise
- The security docs state SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance, with the data region (US, EU or Australia) chosen at signup
- Bring-your-own API keys are optional on every plan, and Vendor Credits are described as passed through with no markup
- The product page lists several model providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini and others), role-based access, SSO/SAML, audit logs, PII masking and human-in-the-loop approvals. The docs tie SSO, role-based access, audit logs and agent evaluations to Enterprise
Limitations
- The docs say the Free plan is retired for new and existing accounts, but a marketing page still mentions a free plan with no card required. The vendor's pages disagree, so we do not list a free plan
- Usage is metered in two units. Actions are plan-based and failed tool runs count (Pro includes 2,500 a month, Team 7,000). Vendor Credits cover AI model and tool costs
- Plan Actions reset at each renewal, while Vendor Credits roll over as long as you stay subscribed. Top-ups cost $80 per 1,000 Actions and $20 per 10,000 Vendor Credits, and are only available on paid plans
- Seat and project limits apply. Pro has 2 build users and 1 shared project, and Team has 5 build users, 45 end users and 5 shared projects. Calling and Meeting agents and the analytics dashboard are not included on Pro
- SSO, role-based access, audit logs, multi-organization support and agent evaluations are Enterprise only, and Enterprise pricing is custom. Only credit cards are accepted, not debit cards
Plans and pricing
- Free: Retired, per the docs. The docs say it is retired for new signups and existing accounts. A marketing page still mentions a free plan, which conflicts.
- Pro: $19 a month billed annually, or $29 a month billed monthly. 2,500 Actions a month, 2 build users, 1 shared project, 90-day task history, Chat agent mode only.
- Team: $234 a month billed annually, or $349 a month billed monthly. 7,000 Actions a month, 5 build users, 45 end users, 5 shared projects, Chat, Calling and Meeting agents, analytics dashboard, priority support.
- Enterprise: Custom, contact sales. Custom Actions and credits, unlimited users and projects, SSO, role-based access, audit logs, agent evaluations and a dedicated account manager.
Prices are from the vendor's docs pricing page, which shows no last-updated date and says new pricing went live for new customers on 8 September 2025. The live pricing page showed only Enterprise when we rechecked on 18 October 2026, so we could not compare Pro and Team amounts there. The docs give the included Vendor Credits two ways ($20 or 10,000 a month on Pro, $70 or 35,000 on Team). The card's $19 is the annual price. We found no free trial. Confirm on the live pricing page.
Details checked October 2026 against the vendor's own pages. Prices and limits change, so confirm before you buy. Official pricing page ↗
