Lindy AI vs Relevance AI

Lindy AI and Relevance AI side by side: what each one is, what it costs to start, and whether you can try it free. Everything below comes from the vendors' own sites and other public sources, not from hands-on testing.

Neither tool is ranked above the other here. These are research-based profiles, not hands-on tests. Starting price is the lowest listed paid plan per month (annual-billing equivalent where the vendor lists one), as shown on the vendor's own site when we last checked. Prices change, so confirm on the vendor's site. How this site works.

Key differences

Neither lists a free tier, so expect to pay to use either one.

Relevance AI has the lower starting price ($19/mo against $49.99/mo for Lindy AI). The cheapest plan rarely has the same limits or features, so compare plans before choosing on price.

Both are in our Autonomous Agents category.

About each tool

Lindy AI

AI teammate that connects to a team's tools and does tasks like inbox, CRM and reporting work. Credit based, with $50 of free credits for 7 days; the pricing page lists Team at $49.99 a month.

Who it is for

The vendor addresses teams across functions. Its homepage has role pages for paid ads, account management, client reporting, SEO, project management, lead generation, inbox and calendar, bookkeeping, operations, HR, customer support, recruiting and product management.

Strengths

  • The vendor lists 1,500+ integrations and says it supports any hosted MCP server
  • A free offer of $50 in credits with no credit card required
  • The vendor's FAQ lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance, and says data is not sold or used to train models
  • Enterprise adds HIPAA with a signed BAA, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, shared usage with bonus credits and dedicated support
  • Admins can set spend caps per teammate. When the shared credit pool runs low, Lindy pauses credit-using actions and notifies users instead of billing overage, according to the billing docs

Limitations

  • The free offer is $50 in credits that last 7 days, once per teammate. It is not a permanent free plan, so a paid plan is needed to keep using Lindy
  • Billing is per seat. Anyone who signs up, joins the workspace or first mentions Lindy in Slack takes a seat, and a removed seat is paid through the end of the cycle
  • Credit use varies by task. The pricing page gives ranges of 2 to 250 credits for everyday asks, 250 to 1,000 for deep work and 1,000 to 2,500 for big builds. A vendor community reply says there is no per-action credit table
  • Some features depend on the plan: computer use is listed for Pro and Max, and SSO, SCIM, audit logs and HIPAA with a BAA for Enterprise. No annual price and no agent or seat cap is stated on the pricing page

Relevance AI

No-code platform for building AI agents and multi-agent workforces. Pro is $19 a month billed annually ($29 monthly); the docs say the free plan is retired.

Who it is for

The vendor's product page names operations, revenue and customer-facing teams who own agent outcomes, and engineers who prefer to manage agents through code. Its listed use cases are sales, customer success, marketing, support, operations, HR and research.

Strengths

  • The vendor's docs say all paid plans include 2,000+ app integrations, 1,000+ app triggers and bring-your-own LLM. Its product page says 1,000+ apps, so the vendor's own counts differ by page
  • Unlimited agents, tools and workforces are listed on Pro, Team and Enterprise
  • The security docs state SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance, with the data region (US, EU or Australia) chosen at signup
  • Bring-your-own API keys are optional on every plan, and Vendor Credits are described as passed through with no markup
  • The product page lists several model providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini and others), role-based access, SSO/SAML, audit logs, PII masking and human-in-the-loop approvals. The docs tie SSO, role-based access, audit logs and agent evaluations to Enterprise

Limitations

  • The docs say the Free plan is retired for new and existing accounts, but a marketing page still mentions a free plan with no card required. The vendor's pages disagree, so we do not list a free plan
  • Usage is metered in two units. Actions are plan-based and failed tool runs count (Pro includes 2,500 a month, Team 7,000). Vendor Credits cover AI model and tool costs
  • Seat and project limits apply. Pro has 2 build users and 1 shared project, and Team has 5 build users, 45 end users and 5 shared projects. Calling and Meeting agents and the analytics dashboard are not included on Pro
