Who it's for

It also offers a Grateful Patient Solution aimed at healthcare organizations.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- The iWave page lists live profiles, 100+ scores, analytics and models, and data appends that clean records and fill in missing phone, email and demographic details.
- The iWave data page names 12 sources, including Candid, FEC, Elections Canada, OpenSecrets, CRA, Double The Donation, ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, Dow Jones and the vendor's own VeriGift giving database, and says it covers over 44 datasets.
- The integrations page lists Salesforce, Raiser's Edge NXT, DonorPerfect, EveryAction, Funraise, NationBuilder, Neon One, Spektrix, StratusLive and Tessitura, plus Double the Donation and eTeamSponsor.
- The pricing page publishes entry prices for iWave (Starter from $4,500, Professional from $5,800) and Engage (from $545, $1,095 and $3,295 a year), with the number of users, screens and live profiles per tier.
- At KindCon 2026 (September 2026) the vendor announced Kindsight Intelligence tools for iWave, including a Screening Agent (beta) and a Prospect Summary (limited availability), with a Predictive Models tool listed as coming soon.
- The Fundraising Platform FAQ says AI features run within each organization's secure environment, with no cross-organization data sharing, and that AI use is entirely optional.
Limitations
- The pricing page lists iWave prices only as 'starting at' amounts and does not say whether they are annual, one-time or per term; Engage is listed per year. iWave Premium, Ascend, Connect and the Fundraising Platform have no published price.
- iWave tiers are capped: Starter has 1 user, up to 1,500 subscription screens and up to 750 live profiles; Professional has 3 users, 5,000 screens and 2,500 live profiles; Premium has 5 users, 20,000 screens and 10,000 live profiles. Appends and API are an add-on on Professional, and SSO is listed from Professional.
- Full Fundraising Platform access requires active subscriptions to both Ascend and iWave and a Salesforce license; the FAQ says Ascend upgrades need a new contract with separate pricing, and advanced features such as generative AI and cadences with Raiser's Edge NXT require the Platform.
- The FAQ says live profiles and real-time updates may be more limited for Canadian constituents, and that iWave insights need baseline information such as name and address.
- The vendor's pages do not say whether customer or donor data is used to train models, and the pricing page lists no nonprofit discount, free trial or contract and cancellation terms. The FAQ also describes iWave insights as statistical and rule-based, 'not powered by machine learning,' yet later calls the scoring models 'Predictive AI'.
