What is Waalaxy?
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email outreach tool that builds prospect lists, sends connection requests and messages, and automates follow-ups until a prospect replies. It runs as a Chrome extension plus a web app at app.waalaxy.com.
Who it's for
Waalaxy lists sales reps and teams, founders, agencies, recruiters and HR teams as its users, and says it aims for simple setup without technical skills. It also offers team roles, shared lists and a rule against messaging the same prospect twice.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- Waalaxy lists unlimited campaigns, prebuilt sequences, automated LinkedIn follow-ups, CRM sync and CSV import/export on all three paid plans, and the site cites 99+ ready-made sequences.
- Waalaxy lists native syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, plus Make, Zapier and n8n modules (Advanced and above); API access is listed from Advanced.
- Campaigns can be built from LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, or from imported lists. Waalaxy says Sales Navigator is optional.
- Waalaxy says it draws daily volume at random between 80 and 100% of the set maximum, adds delays between actions, and applies its own ceiling below LinkedIn's limits.
- Waalaxy lists an AI message writer and campaign suggestions, a unified LinkedIn Inbox, and an Email Finder (the site states a 61%+ match rate, which is its own claim).
- Waalaxy's data policy says account deletion removes prospects, campaigns, messages and statistics within 30 days, and cites GDPR rights requests answered within 30 days.
Limitations
- LinkedIn invitations are capped at 300 a month on Pro and 800 a month on Advanced and Business. Waalaxy's limits article gives Pro 11 a day and Advanced/Business 100 a day and 200 a week.
- Cold email sequences, multiple sender accounts and LinkedIn plus email campaigns are listed for Business only. Email Finder credits are 25 a month on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business; extra credits are sold separately with no prices shown.
- The pricing page lists no free plan, only a 14-day free trial on each plan. Prices are per user, and the LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on at €20 a month on all plans (listed in the pricing FAQ).
- The terms do not include a general refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration, and you pay through the end of the current commitment if you cancel. The pricing page says you can cancel by turning off auto-renewal.
- The terms and data policy do not discuss LinkedIn's own rules or account restrictions; the terms say users must check each site's rules and hold Waalaxy harmless. The data policy does not state where data is stored and does not mention AI training.

- Business: €69 a month billed monthly; yearly billing shows -50% (about €34.50 a month, Reported). Per user. 800 invitations and 500 Email Finder credits a month. Adds cold email sequences, multiple sender accounts and multichannel campaigns. Priority support. 14-day free trial.
- LinkedIn Inbox add-on: €20 a month. Optional paid add-on for all three plans, listed in the pricing FAQ. The page also mentions 500 free conversations with no time limit.
- Enterprise: Custom. For teams of 5+ seats: volume pricing, team workspace and analytics, dedicated onboarding, centralized billing and priority support (800 invitations a month per the AI-info page).
Monthly prices, limits and the Inbox price were read from the official pricing page. It shows -20% for quarterly and -50% for yearly billing but not the resulting amounts, so the yearly equivalents are calculated from the listed discount and from one third-party article (Reported). Prices are in euros per user and the pages do not say whether VAT is included. Confirm on the live pricing page.
