What is Reply.io?

Reply.io is a sales engagement platform that runs multistep outreach sequences over email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, with a built-in B2B data search and a shared inbox. It also sells Jason, a separate AI SDR product, and runs in the browser with a Chrome extension for LinkedIn tasks.

Who it's for

Reply's pricing and product pages point to sales teams, agencies managing several client workspaces, and teams of 20 or more who are sent to a custom plan. Reply's terms prohibit spam and purchased or scraped contact lists, so it is not meant for bulk unsolicited sending.

Pros & cons

Strengths

  • Reply's documentation lists email (Gmail, Outlook/Office 365, Exchange, IMAP/SMTP), LinkedIn, Cloud Calls, SMS and WhatsApp as sequence channels.
  • Reply's docs list native CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Copper, plus Zapier, Google Calendar, Calendly, Zoom, a REST API and an MCP server.
  • Reply's docs say MailToaster email warm-up is included, and the pricing page lists it on Starter, Professional and Ultimate in its plan table.
  • Reply's docs describe Jason AI SDR as handling ICP definition, contact sourcing, sequence generation, personalization, reply handling and an Autopilot mode.
  • Reply's docs describe workspaces for client groups with roles at organization, team and workspace level, which suits agency setups.
  • Reply's terms say it does not use customer data to train generalized AI for other customers unless agreed in writing, and customers have 30 days after termination to export data.

Limitations

  • Reply's terms say fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law; unused credits and allowances expire at the end of each billing period.
  • Per Reply's terms, subscriptions renew automatically, and a cancellation made on or after the renewal date applies to the next term, with no grace period once a renewal charge has processed.
  • Third-party reviews (Valley, lemlist) report that LinkedIn automation is $69 per account a month and Calls & SMS is $29 per account a month as add-ons on Email Volume, and only 50 live data credits a month are included on the seat plans. Reported.
  • Reply's own pricing pages do not agree: the page read this session lists Free, Starter, Professional, Ultimate and Reply Unlimited (from $166/month) with no prices for the first four, while the earlier read and third-party reviews list Email Volume and Multichannel plans with per-user prices.

Plans and pricing

  • Free: Not listed. Listed on reply.io/pricing with 200 data search credits a month per team; the support FAQ also mentions a Freemium plan. The earlier read found only a 14-day trial, so confirm whether a permanent free plan exists.
  • Email Volume: From $49 per user a month billed annually, or $59 monthly (Reported). Email only, priced by active contacts starting at 1,000, with 50 live data credits a month. LinkedIn and Calls & SMS are paid add-ons. Reported by Valley and lemlist.
  • Multichannel: From $89 per user a month billed annually, or $99 monthly (Reported). Adds LinkedIn, calls, SMS and semi-automated WhatsApp, with unlimited active contacts and 10 mailboxes per Valley. Reply's page read earlier showed both $89 and $99.
  • Jason AI SDR: From $500 a month billed annually, or $800 monthly (Reported). Separate product priced by active contacts; the Starter tier covers 1,000. Higher tiers cost more and Enterprise is contact sales. The pricing-ai page could not be re-fetched this session.
  • Reply Unlimited: From $166 a month. Listed on reply.io/pricing with unlimited mailboxes and sequences. Billing basis is not stated. The earlier read showed this as Agency Core at $210, so it may be the same or a different plan.
  • Teams of 20+: Custom. Reply directs teams of 20 or more to contact sales for an enhanced API, whitelabel or custom solutions.

The current reply.io/pricing page read this session shows only one price (Reply Unlimited, from $166/month) and no billing basis, while earlier reads and third-party reviews from August to October 2026 show per-user prices. Prices marked Reported come from those sources. Confirm on the live pricing page.

Details checked October 2026 against the vendor's own pages. Prices and limits change, so confirm before you buy. Official pricing page ↗
