LOVO AI makes Genny, a web studio for text-to-speech voiceovers, voice cloning and video editing with auto subtitles. It also offers the LOVO Open API for use in your own apps.

Limitations

Voice generation is metered by the month: LOVO's help center says credits renew with your billing cycle, unused credits expire and do not roll over, and extra credits require emailing LOVO.

LOVO's help center says the Free plan has limited features and no time limit, after a 14-day Pro trial for new sign-ups. It does not list the Free plan's limits, and the pricing page does not describe a free plan.
The pricing page shows Basic and Pro both at $24 a user a month (billed $288 annually), with Pro shown struck through from $48, so the real gap between them is unclear. Only Enterprise lists API support, and its price is not published.
