What is ElevenLabs?

ElevenLabs is a platform for generating speech from text, plus speech-to-text, voice cloning, dubbing, sound effects and music generation. It is available through a web app that includes a Studio editor, an API, and a separate Agents product for voice agents.

Prices and limits are from ElevenLabs' pricing pages, billing docs and help center. We could not see annual-billing prices (the billing docs mention two free months on annual plans), and the Starter and Creator regular and first-month prices were read from flattened tables, so check the live page. The vendor pages we read point to its Terms and Prohibited Use Policy for Instant Voice Cloning consent rules, which we did not read.
