- Kits' own pages disagree: the pricing page lists 60 conversion minutes for Starter, while the help center says Starter has unlimited conversions (fair use); the pricing page lists professional voice cloning from Starter, while the help center lists it from Producer.
- Terms: for accounts created on or after October 2, 2024, Kits may use uploaded voice files and outputs to train its models; opting out is by email and covers only data created after the request.
- Terms: payments are non-refundable with no credit for partly used periods, subscriptions renew automatically (cancel at least three days before renewal), and output from standard voice models follows the license on each model's page.
