Who it's for
The vendor aims it at customer education and support teams, employee onboarding and L&D, change management, SOP and operations teams, and product demo and sales teams. Larger organizations rolling out enterprise software are the focus of its Enterprise plan (SSO, SCIM, translation).

Strengths
- Guidde says Magic Capture records a workflow and generates the guide automatically, with scripts, voiceover, captions and highlights.
- The vendor lists AI voiceover in 200+ voices and automatic translation into 50+ languages (translation is listed under Enterprise).
- Free plan includes up to 25 how-to videos, any web app, voiceover recording and link sharing.
- Only Admins, Content Managers and Creators use paid seats; the pricing page says Viewers are free.
- Guidde's security page says it is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, hosts on Google Cloud, and encrypts data in transit and at rest (AES-256). Enterprise lists SSO and SCIM.
- Guidde's pages mention exports to video, PPT and PDF, in-app Broadcast embeds, and use cases for Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, SAP and Workday.
Limitations
- Free plan is capped at 25 how-to videos in the plan cards, but the feature comparison section on the same page lists Free as unlimited; confirm which applies.
- Prices are per creator per month. Business includes up to 5 creators, billed per creator, and premium voices are a paid add-on for Business.
- Several features are tiered: watermark removal and brand kit start at Pro; analytics, desktop capture and PDF/PPT-to-video start at Business; translation, PII redaction, SSO and SCIM are Enterprise.
- The 7-day Business trial needs no card; afterward the account moves to Free, keeps all videos, but only the most recent 25 stay editable.
- Annual plan changes such as reducing seats or switching to monthly require contacting support, and the pricing page says refunds are not offered for unused time.
- The pages read do not say whether customer content is used to train AI models. The home page says script generation is powered by GPT.
