What is 360Learning?
360Learning is a web-based enterprise learning management system built around collaborative learning, where subject matter experts create training and L&D teams review it, with AI features for content building, translation, recommendations and an assistant. It also has an LXP, a mobile app and an MCP server for reaching training inside other tools.
Who it's for

Its Team plan targets small to mid-sized businesses, and Business and Enterprise plans target growing and large organizations.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- 360Learning lists an AI Content Builder that lets subject matter experts create interactive learning content while L&D keeps oversight, plus Collaborative Learning Academies for internal expertise.
- 360Learning's AI blog post says AI can generate courses from a title or document, create quizzes and feedback, and translate courses into 30+ languages.
- 360Learning lists skills mapping, personalized recommendations, agentic automation of enrollment and catalog management, and an AI Companion assistant.
- 360Learning's pricing page shows a self-serve Team plan at $8 per user per month for up to 100 users, billed monthly with no annual commitment, and a 'Try it for free' option.
- 360Learning shows integration logos including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Coursera and Udemy, and its FAQ names Salesforce and Slack.
- 360Learning lists GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II compliance on its site.
Limitations
- Business and Enterprise plans have no published price; they are custom and generally annual contracts, so total cost cannot be read from the site.
- The pricing page says all plans include the AI-powered LMS and lists AI Companion, AI-assisted authoring and recommendations, but does not say which plan includes which AI feature; confirm with sales.
- Enterprise-oriented items (SSO, priority SLA, dedicated account management, HRIS/HCM integrations) are listed under the Enterprise plan on the pricing page.
- On data: 360Learning's AI blog post says it does not use customer data to train public AI models and that data is retained up to 30 days; this covers public models only and does not say whether customer data is used for any other model training. That post also names Azure OpenAI as its backend and may be out of date.
- The pricing page does not state whether the free trial applies to every plan; the FAQ mentions a 30-day free trial, and no free-forever plan is listed.
