What is Copy.ai?
Copy.ai describes itself as an AI platform for go-to-market (GTM) work. It offers workflows, agents, tables, chat, a company-information repository (Infobase) and Brand Voice. Fullcast acquired it, and its name now also appears as Fullcast Propel (powered by Copy.ai).
Who it's for
The homepage targets GTM teams in sales, marketing, operations and sales development. The Chat plan is described as being for small teams starting to drive real business value with AI.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- The homepage lists workflows, actions, agents, tables, chat, Infobase and Brand Voice on one platform
- The Chat plan lists unlimited words and unlimited chat projects, with access to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models
- The homepage says it is model agnostic (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Perplexity) and lists 2,000+ integrations including Salesforce and HubSpot
- The FAQ says plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time on self-serve billing
- Workflow usage is metered in credits, with usage-based pricing
Limitations
- The pricing page lists no free plan, only a Try for free link with no terms. A vendor blog dated 1 April 2026 still mentions Free, Starter, Advanced and Enterprise plans
- The Chat plan includes 5 seats. The Growth, Expansion and Scale plans are priced for 75, 150 and 200 seats and are listed only on annual billing
- Workflow runs use credits whose cost depends on workflow complexity. The listed allowances are 20K, 45K and 75K credits a month on Growth, Expansion and Scale
- No credit allowance is listed for the Chat plan on the pricing page
- Enterprise, with API access, bulk workflow runs, 20+ integrations and unlimited customizable workflows, is custom-priced

Plan names, prices and seats are from Copy.ai's pricing page. The help article on workflow credits moved to Fullcast's support site and could not be read, so rollover, overage and per-action credit costs are unverified. The Fullcast announcement does not say whether the standalone Copy.ai brand continues, and says features roll out in phases. Our earlier card listed a free tier and described a writing tool, which the current pages do not support. Confirm on the live pricing page.
