Get occasional email updates on new AI tools. No spam.
This explains what 10X AI Expo actually collects, what we don't, and who we share it with. We've kept it specific to what this site really does rather than generic boilerplate — if something here changes, we'll update the date above.
We collect as little as the site actually needs to function:
If you sign up or sign in, account creation and authentication are handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider. Clerk collects the email address (and, depending on how you sign up, a name or social-login profile) needed to create and secure your account. We don't operate our own password database — Clerk does.
If you save tools to your account, that list is stored privately against your own Clerk user profile. It's visible only to you when you're signed in — we don't publish, aggregate, or share individual users' saved-tools lists.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send only your email address to Buttondown, our email delivery provider, to add you to the list. No other field is collected or sent.
We store a single, non-personal preference in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme choice. We do not currently run any analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts on this site. (If that changes, this policy will be updated first.)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Rather than a generic list, here's exactly who touches data on this site and why:
We also fetch public news and blog RSS feeds server-side to power our news pages — this is outbound only and doesn't involve sending any visitor data to those publishers.
We don't set our own tracking or advertising cookies. The cookies present on this site come from the services above doing their job — specifically, Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and Vercel's hosting infrastructure may set standard operational cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though this will likely sign you out of any account.
You can review or delete your account (and the data Clerk holds for it) directly from your account settings, or by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email, which removes your address from Buttondown. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact us using the details below — we'll respond as quickly as we can.
10X AI Expo is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted on the site.
