Who it's for
SeekOut describes its self-serve Sourcing Core plan as an individual recruiter seat, and sends larger teams to custom-priced plans billed annually. Its pages are aimed at recruiting and talent acquisition teams rather than job seekers.

Strengths
- SeekOut lists unlimited search across 1B+ profiles, AI search and 30+ filters in Sourcing Core.
- SeekOut lists Excel, PDF and ATS export, email integration with send-on-behalf, AI multi-step campaigns and talent pool insights in Sourcing Core.
- SeekOut says SeekOut MCP works inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Amazon Quick, and that the trial includes it.
- The free trial page says sign-up needs only a work email, with no credit card, approval process or sales call, and that by default nothing spends a credit or sends a message without asking first.
- SeekOut lists ATS integration, rediscovery of existing ATS candidates, inbound evaluation, AI screening, agentic AI workflows and custom SLAs in its higher-tier plans (Sourcing + Integration and Full Recruiting Funnel).
- The privacy policy lists a Privacy Choices Portal, honors Global Privacy Control signals, and lets candidates opt out of demographic inferences or ask for data to be limited or deleted.
Limitations
- Sourcing Core is capped at 500 contact credits and 1,000 exports a month. The trial page does not say how many credits the trial includes.
- There is no permanent free plan. The trial lasts 14 days; the trial page says you then keep read-only access to your Workspaces, shortlists, evaluation results and outreach history, but the trial terms say access ends immediately on expiry and SeekOut may delete trial customer data.
- Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration and Full Recruiting Funnel have custom pricing billed annually, with per-seat prices that adjust with volume and no public figures.
- The pricing page is inconsistent: its FAQ calls Applicant Evaluation & AI Screening an add-on for 'Team and Enterprise' plans (names not in the pricing grid) while the grid lists it only under Full Recruiting Funnel, and the FAQ says ATS integration is in Sourcing while the grid shows it only in higher tiers.
- The privacy policy says candidate data comes from public sources and licensed third-party providers and that SeekOut uses machine learning to infer candidate traits such as likelihood of changing jobs; it does not state whether customer inputs are used to train models.
