What is Rillet?
Rillet is a cloud ERP for accounting operations that Rillet calls AI-native, built around a general ledger with continuous close, revenue recognition, receivables and reporting. It is a web application with AI agents called Aura, and it connects to outside finance systems.
Who it's for
Rillet says it is aimed at CFOs, controllers, heads of accounting and accountants at high-growth software companies, including teams outgrowing QuickBooks Online or moving off NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Xero or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is sold as a replacement for a legacy ERP through a sales process, not as a self-serve app for individuals.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- Rillet lists a continuously updated general ledger with continuous close and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Rillet lists ASC 606 revenue recognition with deferred revenue schedules and usage-based revenue, plus contract-driven accounts receivable with invoice schedules, usage billing and reminders.
- Rillet lists SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn, burn, runway) computed from ledger data, multi-entity consolidation and board or investor reporting.
- Rillet names integrations with Salesforce, Stripe, Ramp, Brex and Rippling, and says it can sync with an existing AP tool so you may keep it.
- Rillet says its Aura agents only propose actions and nothing posts without human approval, with approvals tiered by materiality and every AI query, proposal and decision logged.
- Rillet reports SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II with annual third-party audits, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AWS hosting, and SSO through Google, Microsoft Entra and Rippling.
Limitations
- Rillet publishes no prices or plan tiers; it says pricing depends on the features used and business complexity, so a quote from sales is required.
- There is no free plan or self-serve sign-up on the pages read; the vendor describes a demo and sales route and a 4 to 6 week white-glove implementation.
- Implementation time depends on business complexity and how much historical data must be migrated, and Rillet's pages do not state implementation fees.
- Rillet's pages that were read do not say whether customer data is used to train AI models; confirm this with Rillet.
- The security page does not name a hosting region, and the main rillet.com homepage could not be fetched here, so some feature detail comes from Rillet's info.rillet.com pages.
Plans and pricing
- Subscription: Custom quote. Rillet says pricing is based on features used and business complexity, not seats or revenue, with unlimited seats. No tiers or amounts are published.
- Implementation: Not published. Rillet says implementations typically take 4 to 6 weeks, driven by business complexity and historical data volume. A third-party site reports a $10,000 to $60,000 range (Reported).
- Third-party estimate: About $20,100 to $34,800 a year (Reported). erpresearch.com reports a median near $28,300 a year from buyer data as of mid-2026, priced on entities, transaction volume and integrations. Not from Rillet.
Rillet's own pages give no dollar prices; the only figures are third-party estimates from erpresearch.com, marked Reported, with no stated sample size. Billing basis and currency for any contract are set in the quote. Confirm on the live pricing page or with sales.
Details checked October 2026 against the vendor's own pages. Prices and limits change, so confirm before you buy. Official pricing page ↗
