Pros & cons
Strengths
- The pricing page says Move One captures 1 person in a 5m x 5m volume at up to HD and 60 FPS, with hand and finger tracking and FBX, USD and MP4 export.
- The pricing page says Move Pro handles up to 8 people with up to 12 cameras (GoPro, Sony and others), 4K, up to 120 FPS and uploads up to 5GB per file.
- The pricing page says Move Live runs on-premise with 4-8 cameras, up to 4 people, about 100ms latency and an Unreal plug-in.
- The docs list retargeting or import guides for Blender, Unreal Engine (including MetaHuman), Maya, Cinema 4D, Unity and NVIDIA Omniverse.
- The Move Pro docs list supported cameras including GoPro 7 or newer, Sony RX0 II, Blackmagic Ursa, iPhone 8 or newer and iPad (2019 or newer).
- The docs plans page (Reported) lists a credit price table: 6 credits per second of video for the s1 model and 12 for s2 on the Move One plans.
Limitations
- The pricing page shows only 'Plans start at $15/month' for Move One; Move Pro and Move Live have custom pricing with no figures.
- The docs plans page (Reported) says the Personal plan ($15 a month) is non-commercial only; commercial use starts at Standard ($50 a month).
- The docs say monthly credits do not roll over, and extra credits require an active subscription; on-demand overage is listed at $0.0067 per credit (Reported).
- Vendor pages disagree: the live pricing page lists no annual billing, credits or Free plan, while the docs plans page lists annual prices and a view-only Free plan with 0 credits; an older docs page lists Starter $18, Standard $48, Plus $225 and Advanced $490 with a one-time 30 free credits. The pricing page and the Move Pro docs disagree on volume (20m x 20m versus a maximum of 40m x 40m). The Move Pro trial is listed at $995 for 30 days (Reported).
- Move AI's app privacy policy (marked a legacy product, last updated January 2023) lists video data used for AI and machine learning to improve the app; the separate API terms license video data for training and improving Move AI's products. Neither page was confirmed to cover current plans.

The $15 a month start price is from move.ai/pricing; the plan table, annual prices, credits and trial price are from the docs plans page and are marked Reported. Currency is USD, and the older Move One docs page lists VAT as extra. Confirm on the live pricing page, since the two pages and the older docs page differ.
