- Plus has monthly caps (5,000 autocompletes, 500 AI edits, 500 chat messages, 10 reviews, 10 workflow runs) and PDFs up to 100 MB and 500 pages; unlimited use of these is listed only for Pro.
- Jenni's docs and refund page say subscription payments are generally not refundable, apart from bug or product-error cases handled through support. Cancellation is on desktop only (Settings > Billing).
- Jenni's own pages differ: the pricing page lists 3 AI edits on Free while the docs say 5 one-time; the docs show Free as having no citation styles or library export, while the pricing page lists both under Free; the docs table says Free workflows are 3 lifetime.
