What is Calendly?

Who it's for
Individuals who need a simple booking link, and sales or customer-facing teams that route and schedule meetings. Enterprise adds SSO and an audit log for larger organisations.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- A free plan with unlimited one-on-one meetings
- Standard adds unlimited event types and up to 6 connected calendars
- Teams adds round-robin scheduling, lead routing, team analytics and admin controls
- Listed integrations include HubSpot, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot, depending on plan
- A mobile app and browser extension come with the free plan
Limitations
- Free is limited to one event type and one connected calendar
- Pricing is per seat. Teams is $16 per seat a month billed annually for 1 to 30 seats
- The AI Notetaker and the Callie assistant sit in separate Plus tiers. The pricing page shows no price card for them, and only a help page gives a Teams Plus price
- Notetaker and Callie are English only, and Callie is labelled Beta
- Enterprise starts at $15k a year with a 50-seat minimum
Plans and pricing
- Free: $0. One event type, one calendar connection, unlimited one-on-one meetings.
- Standard: $10 per seat a month, billed yearly. Unlimited event types, up to 6 calendars, reminders, Stripe and PayPal.
- Teams: $16 per seat a month, billed yearly. Round robin, lead routing, team analytics, admin tools. The per-seat price falls with more seats.
- Standard Plus and Teams Plus: Teams Plus from $24 per seat a month, billed annually. Add the AI Notetaker and Callie. A help page updated 1 September 2026 lists Teams Plus at $24 for 1 to 30 seats, falling to $20 at 301 or more seats. The Standard Plus price is not published, and the pricing page has no price card for either.
- Enterprise: From $15k a year. 50-seat minimum. SAML SSO, audit log, data deletion API, dedicated support.
The pricing page shows $10 and $16 with a yearly toggle but does not label the billing period; the help page and a vendor blog say billed annually. A 2023 vendor community post lists monthly billing at $12 for Standard and $20 for Teams, but we found no monthly prices on the current pricing page. Checked 18 October 2026. The $10 plan does not include the AI features.
Details checked October 2026 against the vendor's own pages. Prices and limits change, so confirm before you buy. Official pricing page ↗
