What is Breezy HR?

Breezy HR is an applicant tracking system for posting jobs, managing candidates through hiring pipelines and running interviews. Its site groups the product into Attract, Qualify, Hire and Onboard areas, and lists a web app, mobile apps and a developer API.

Who it's for

Breezy lists a free plan for small hiring needs and flat-fee paid tiers for teams that hire more often, and its pricing page says users are unlimited. It may suit teams that want to avoid per-seat fees; larger teams that need API access or advanced reporting are pointed to a quote-only tier.

Pros & cons

Strengths

  • Breezy lists a free Bootstrap plan with unlimited users, a branded career site, resume parsing, GDPR tools and distribution to 50+ job boards.
  • Breezy lists unlimited positions from the Startup tier, along with candidate automations, calendar integration, analytics, a Slack integration, mobile apps, MFA and video interviews.
  • Growth adds, per Breezy's pricing page, interview guides, scorecards, employee referrals, e-signatures, automated reference checking and multiple pipelines. Business adds nurture campaigns, custom roles, HRIS integrations, offer management and approvals.
  • Breezy Intelligence credits power listed AI tools: Applicant Insights, Resume Audit, Activity Summary, Candidate Sourcing and Help Me Write. Admins can download a usage report showing credits used per feature, position and team member.
  • Breezy lists a 14-day full-feature trial with no credit card required, including 100,000 Breezy Intelligence credits that the page says never expire.
  • Breezy provides a default Recruiting Privacy Notice template that admins can edit once GDPR functionality is turned on.

Limitations

  • The free Bootstrap plan allows one active position or candidate pool at a time, and unlimited access applies only to candidates added in the last 30 days.
  • Features are tiered: scorecards, interview guides, e-signatures and multiple pipelines are listed from Growth ($273 a month billed annually), while HRIS integrations, offer management, custom roles and candidate comparison are listed from Business. Custom Pro lists API access, advanced reporting and data export/import as optional, by quote only.
  • Breezy Intelligence credits, SMS and Onboard are add-ons: credits start at $30 per 100,000, SMS from $41 a month and Onboard from $49 a month. A help article says only admins on a paid plan can add credits, the maximum balance is 1,000,000, and AI functions are disabled when credits run out.
  • A help article estimates costs per AI operation, such as about 500 credits to review one candidate and about 50,000 to source candidates for a position, and says unused credits are not refunded if the plan is canceled. AI Candidate Sourcing needs at least 500 candidate records.
  • The pricing page does not label annual versus monthly columns, and no official terms, refund or data-training page was read, so cancellation and AI training terms are unconfirmed.

Plans and pricing

  • Bootstrap: $0. Free forever. One active position or candidate pool at a time; unlimited users; full access only to candidates added in the last 30 days.
  • Startup: $157 a month billed annually, or $189 monthly. Unlimited positions; adds automations, questionnaires, custom portal domain, calendar integration, analytics and video interviews.
  • Growth: $273 a month billed annually, or $329 monthly. Adds interview guides, scorecards, referrals, e-signatures, reference checking, multiple pipelines and up to 5 locations per position.
  • Business: $439 a month billed annually, or $529 monthly. Adds nurture campaigns, HRIS integrations, offer management, approvals, custom roles, priority support and one-way candidate video up to 5 minutes.
  • Custom Pro: Contact sales. Business features plus a dedicated account manager; API access, advanced reporting and data export/import are optional.

Prices were read from Breezy's official pricing page, which does not label annual and monthly columns; the mapping comes from its toggle order and a note that annual pricing includes 2 months free. Add-on prices are listed as starting prices, and prices for Perform, Interview Analysis and Expert Training were not listed. No refund or cancellation policy appears on the pricing page. Confirm on the live pricing page.

Details checked October 2026 against the vendor's own pages. Prices and limits change, so confirm before you buy. Official pricing page ↗
