About each tool
R

Reclaim.ai
AI calendar tool for Google and Outlook that schedules tasks, habits and meetings. Lite is free; Starter is $10 per seat a month billed annually ($12 monthly).
Who it is for
Reclaim's pricing page offers plans for one person (Lite), teams of up to 10 (Starter), up to 100 (Business) and over 100 users (Enterprise). It suits individuals and teams who want their calendar planned automatically; the help center says Starter and Business have no minimum seat count.
Strengths
- Reclaim's pricing page lists Lite as free forever with Focus Time, Habits, Buffer Time, Smart Meetings, Google and Outlook Calendar support and a Planner.
- The help center says Reclaim 2.0 includes Reclaim Chat for schedule questions and changes, with proposed changes shown in Preview Mode before they are applied.
- Reclaim's help center lists integrations with Slack, Zoom, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Linear, Google Tasks and Todoist, plus MCP support for clients such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- The pricing page lists unlimited connected calendars on Starter and above, and unlimited Smart Meetings, Scheduling Links and calendar syncs on Business and above.
- Reclaim's privacy policy says it will not use personal data, including calendar data, to train large language or generative AI models unless you give explicit consent or opt in.
- The privacy policy says calendar data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and users can delete their account and associated data with a self-service option.
Limitations
- Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear integrations start on Starter; Team OOO Calendar, Delegated Access and unlimited webhooks start on Business; SSO and SCIM start on Enterprise, per the pricing page.
- Starter is capped at 3 calendar syncs, 3 Scheduling Links, 10 AI agents per seat, 10 organizer meetings and an 8-week range; Business is capped at 100 agents per seat and 100 organizer meetings, per the pricing page.
- Smart Meetings with 3 or more people need Attendee User add-ons (for example, yearly Starter packs of 3 for $8 a month), per the pricing page.
- Reclaim's own pages disagree: the pricing page says annual billing saves 20% while the 1.0 help center says 29%, and the help center lists 3 smart meetings and no Lite Smart Meetings versus 10 and 5 on the pricing page. The help center article describes Reclaim 1.0; accounts created after May 2026 are on 2.0.
S

Sunsama
Daily planner that pulls tasks from other tools into a guided workflow. Pro is $17 per user a month billed annually ($22 monthly); 14-day trial, no free plan.
Who it is for
Sunsama's site is aimed mainly at individuals, and it also lists engineering, design, product, marketing, operations and founder or executive teams. Its Enterprise tier is for organizations that need SSO, SCIM and custom data requirements.
Strengths
- Sunsama lists integrations with Asana, ClickUp, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To-Do, Monday.com, Notion, Todoist and Trello, plus Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Toggl and Zapier.
- Its feature pages list Daily Planning, Daily Shutdown, Weekly Objectives, Weekly Review, timeboxing, auto-scheduling, Focus Mode with Pomodoro, and analytics.
- Sunsama's help center describes a hosted MCP server (OAuth sign-in) that works with ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and Notion, so AI assistants can read and work with your Sunsama tasks.
- The privacy policy says customer data is never used to train AI models, including by third-party providers, and that AI features can be turned off per integration.
- The pricing manifesto says Sunsama is SOC 2 compliant (self-reported on that page; no audit report is linked). The pricing page says Pro includes unlimited usage and unlimited integrations.
- Billing help says monthly-to-annual and annual-to-monthly switches carry no extra cost, with a credit for the difference on annual-to-monthly, and that student and non-profit discounts exist.
Limitations
- Billing is per user: the help center says one admin is billed for all accounts in a shared workspace, and users cannot be billed separately. The pricing FAQ says added members are billed to the plan, prorated mid-month.
- Sunsama's own pages disagree on price: the pricing table, billing help and manifesto show $17 annual and $22 monthly, while the pricing page FAQ and meta text show $20 annual and $25 monthly per person. The manifesto also cites a 20% annual discount, which matches the $20/$25 figures.
- The help center says the trial cannot be cancelled and workspace access is lost when it expires. Workspace data is deleted 30 days after a cancelled subscription ends. Payment is limited to bank-issued cards, and the pages read do not state a refund policy.
- Primary servers are in the US, and the privacy policy says data from users outside the US is processed there. AI summaries may use unnamed third-party LLM providers, with AI processing data typically kept 30 days or less.
