About each tool
P

Presentations.AI
AI tool that builds slide decks from prompts or documents and exports to PowerPoint. Free Starter plan; Pro starts at $20 a month billed annually.
Who it is for
The vendor pitches it at individuals and teams that want AI-drafted decks in their own brand colors and fonts, with team and enterprise plans adding shared workspaces, role-based access and single sign-on. The vendor does not list a mobile or desktop app.
Strengths
- The vendor says Brand Sync pulls logos, fonts and colors from a website URL, and that decks can be built from a prompt, document or URL.
- The vendor lists imports of text, PDFs, Word files, Google Docs and Excel files, and says exported .pptx files open in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- The vendor says a master deck can be refreshed with new data on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, and lists data sources such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
- The vendor lists Google Drive and Notion integrations, Zapier and Make automation, and a REST API with webhooks.
- The FAQ says your content is not used to train AI models, that you can delete your content at any time, and that you can cancel from account settings.
- The pricing page lists live remote presenting, public links and views and slide-level engagement tracking on the free Starter plan.
Limitations
- Credits are the usage limit: Starter is listed with 200 credits on the pricing page and homepage but 100 credits in the vendor's pricing text file, and no vendor page read explains what each action costs or whether credits expire.
- Starter is capped at 20 slides, 5 guests and no brand-asset storage; password-protected links, analytics and high-quality PowerPoint export are listed under Pro, and frontier models, custom templates and Project Knowledge under Gold. The pricing table lists PowerPoint and PDF export on all plans while the Pro card lists high-quality PowerPoint export as a Pro feature.
- The Terms of Service say there are no refunds and no credit for partly used subscriptions, subscriptions auto-renew, and cancellation must be made at least 30 days before renewal. They also say price changes take effect immediately, while another section says you will not be charged a higher fee without notice.
- The Terms do not mention AI training and say inputs are sent to third-party AI systems; the privacy policy does not mention training either and says anonymized data may be kept and used indefinitely. The Terms limit use to personal or internal business purposes, and the company is based in Singapore with possible transfers to the US.
